There are many things can cause your Ford Thunderbird to overheat. One of them is the radiator fan motor. The radiator fan motor simply operates the radiator fan. It is usually turned on by a temp sensor. Once the radiator fan motor engages, it pulls cool air into the radiator and helps to keep it cool. If the radiator fan motor is not coming on when it needs to it could be a faulty temp sensor. If the temp sensor is not faulty then it must be the radiator fan motor. |
