Is your Ford Fairmont overheating? If it is it could be the radiator fan switch. The job of this switch is to turn on the radiator fan when the inside coolant reaches a predetermined level. When it reaches that level the radiator fan switch turns on the radiator fan and the radiator fan then circulates cooler outside air over the radiator.
